| I am Lynn Cook, Broker/Owner of Four Seasons Land Company, Inc. In 1989 when my family and I were just visiting “The West” Pagosa Springs was that Special Place that just reached out and grabbed me. I have always loved this land with its panoramic mountain views and National Forest nearby. Pagosa is the prefect place for camping, hiking, fishing, packing, horseback riding, skiing, sledding, and snowmobiling and on and on.

I have been in the foreclosure part of the real estate market here in Colorado for 10 years and worked for many REO companies and HUD.
