Biography
|
| Kevin Alaimo has been a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker for over 17 years with a diverse real estate background. He has successfully managed, marketed and sold thousands of REO properties since 1989. His experience includes managing REO portfolios from financial institutions to government agencies including RTC/FDIC/FNMA/HUD/Freddie Mac & VA. As a prior Vice President for First Preston, he is sensitive to the importance of accurate valuations, strategic marketing, critical timeframes and the impact of these points as it relates to minimizing losses and marketing time while maximizing recovery.
Kevin has also previously owned a homebuilding company. This experience provides additional oversight and effective contractor communications to successfully complete tasks such as rekeying to rehabbing a home. |
