Biography
|
| I have sold real estate for 25 years and REO properties for 20 years. I have earned several industry designations, mainly in order to keep informed about our rapidly changing industry. Having worked with over 50 different Asset Disposition Departments, I have learned that no two are exactly alike in their procedures and requirements. Along with selling the REO property, my objectives are to meet deadlines, submit timely reports, provide accurate BPO’s, and comply with each client's procedures. I have experience selling homes, land and commercial properties. My team is experienced and trained in the requirements of the REO industry so they can provide the needed support an Asset Manager expects. |
