Biography

| I have extensive experience marketing and selling Reo Assets as I have assisted GMAC Solutions, HSBC, OCWEN and other 3rd party Banks for over 4 years. I specialize in the CHICAGO area SUBURBS, covering the counties of KANE, DUPAGE, KENDALL, and WILL. As the crossroads of big-city action and country charm, the Aurora area is easily one of the most happening places outside Chicago. Anchoring the Fox River Valley is Aurora, the "City of Lights" and Illinois' second largest City. My team and I are very flexible in handling each account to the wishes and procedures of each client. One of my main goals is to keep all REO properties SAFE, SECURE and CLEAN; every property we manage is inspected both internally and externally on a weekly basis. I have experienced first hand all aspects of the foreclosure process including exterior and interior BPO’s, negotiating with occupants, evictions, re-key and trash outs. I personally evaluate every property, communicate with the REO Sales Representative and handle all negotiations. My experience provides me with the knowledge to analyze any problems that may arise in the management of an asset and develop a plan to ensure a successful SALE and FUNDING.
