I have extensive Background performing BPO services and Handling REO listings. I am well versed in the different BPO forms and understand the need for the mortgage companies to have as much clear and concise information that is available to value their assets. I understand the need to get the distressed property into condition where it is both appealing and hazard free in order to put on market to sell. I have found that it just takes a little TLC on a home to change it from distressed property to hot new listing on the market. I have Internet capabilities for uploading information and photos. I also have subcontractors that I use on call and are very reliable.
