Biography
|
| Carla Carter has over 12 years of real estate sales experience. She has been a
licensed sales person since 1995 and a real estate broker since 2002. She has
received awards for being tops in sales, listing and production. She is a member of
REOMAC, NAREB, Northeast Florida Association of Realtors, Florida Association of
Realtors and National Association of Realtors. She has served as chair for the
Grievance committee and is a current member of the Professional Standards &
Practice committee.
Since she has worked in the REO field, she has been involved in doing BPOs, and
working with asset managers at all levels to dispose of REO properties with the
highest possible return in minimal time. From occupancy reports to cash for keys,
evictions, assisting with environmental evaluations and obtaining reports, property
management, marketing and sales. With a team of agents available for open houses
