Biography
|
| I have been a licensed Realtor for 25 years and broker for 23 years. I recently earned my Certified Distressed Property Expert Designation (CDPE), one of only 1500 agents in the country who currently have this designation. I have managed and sold over 300 REO’s in my career and can offer expert advice regarding property values in the Wasilla, Anchorage, Eagle River, Chugiak, Palmer and the surrounding areas. I have a Masters Degree in Business Administration and also have earned the following real estate designations: CCIM, CRS, ABR, CLHMS and CDPE. I have a team of 8 who work with me to provide the service my clients deserve and need during these economic times. Currently I serve and chair several boards and commissions for our Governor: Alaska Royalty Oil and Gas Development Advisory Board Member, Board of Agriculture & Conservation, Board Member & Chair, Creamery Corporation Board Member & Chair.
